【From the owner】
SF76 continues to pass on the tradition of introducing Japanese merchandise to the San Francisco community at this location since 1976. The merchandise currently carried at SF76 consists of a variety of handmade and industrial products made in Japan. Many of them are often based on the inheritance of the Japanese culture of folk art, which a lot of them are said to be rooted in Tottori Prefecture. We hope that through the products on display and for sale at this exhibition, the people of San Francisco will be able to feel even a glimpse of this culture.

【From our staff】
My hometown is Tottori Prefecture, and currently reside in San Francisco working at SF76. I have been exposed to Tottori’s folk art since I was a child, influenced by my mother. Even now, my life is filled with Tottori folk crafts. I am truly delighted that the Tottori Folk Crafts Exhibition will be held. Through the arrangement of the organizers in Tottori Prefecture, I am pleased to be in charge of the graphic designs for this exhibition. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Tottori’s folk crafts to the public. I love Tottori, as much as I like folk art.

Please visit our store to learn and take a close look at unique and one-of-a-kind folk art all the way from Tottori in person.
